Argon2id Encryption
OWASP recommended standard. Passwords are stored with the most robust algorithm available. No cleartext passwords, ever.
RBAC Access Control
Each user only sees what they need to see. Five roles ship by default, with granular permissions per action and confidentiality levels per document.
Append-Only Audit Log
Every action is recorded: who did what, when, on which document. No entry can be altered or erased from the application, not even by an administrator — history is added to, never rewritten. A retention policy you set purges entries beyond its window.
Brute Force Protection
Automatic lockout after 5 failed attempts. Configurable rate limiting. Generic error messages to prevent information disclosure.
On-Premise Hosting
Your documents are on YOUR server, in YOUR premises. No third-party cloud. No data transfer. No internet dependency.
Automatic Backup
Every night, your data is automatically backed up. Configurable retention (30 days by default). One-command restore.
